In December Kosovo held it's first general election since gaining it's independence from Serbia. However, five days after the election Kosovo's election commission ordered a re-run of voting in five areas because of irregularities, an act that may overturn the result. These new elections will take place on January 9, 2011. The audio in this story was recorded at a campaign rally in Kosovo.
